What's better than homemade whipped cream? Carob Whipped Cream! Traditionally made with dairy-based heavy cream, this fresh and fluffy concoction can also be prepared with a dairy-free whipping cream.

  • 1 cup heavy cream (or any non-dairy cream option)
  • 2 tbsps The Australian Carob Co. Roasted or Raw Carob Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cream of Tartar
  • 1/4 tsp maple syrup (as sweetener, add a bit more if desired)


  • Mix well and beat with hand mixer until peaks form and are holding their shape.
  • Keep chilled and serve reasonably soon.
